This policy explains what information masrurhuq.com (the "Site") collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. The Site is operated by Mahdiya Advisory LLC, Masrur Huq's company ("we", "us").
What we collect
Information you give us
- When you email us or fill in a form on the Site, we receive what you send: usually your name, email address and your message.
- If you fill in the real estate goals form, you may also share your income target, timeline, current property holdings, the capital range you are considering, and whether you are an accredited investor. You choose what to share. Please do not send account numbers, Social Security numbers or other sensitive identifiers through the Site.
Information collected automatically
- The Site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it: pages viewed, time on page, scrolling, links clicked, file downloads, form interactions, the site that referred you, your approximate location (city level), browser and device type. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this.
- The Site's hosting and security providers (Webflow and Cloudflare) process standard technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and block abuse.
We do not use this data to identify you personally, and email addresses are redacted from analytics data before it is stored.
How we use it
- To reply to you and hold the conversation you asked for, including scheduling a call with Masrur.
- To understand your goals if you ask about working together or about real estate investing.
- To see which pages are useful and improve the Site.
- To keep the Site secure.
If you contact us, we may follow up by email about the topic you raised. We will not add you to a mailing list unless you ask to join one, and you can tell us to stop at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for others' advertising. We share information only:
- With service providers that run the Site and our email, such as Webflow (hosting and forms), Cloudflare (security and delivery), and Google (Analytics and email). They may use it only to provide their services.
- With a business Masrur is involved in, when you ask about something that business does. For example, real estate investing conversations may involve Mahdiya Holdings. We will tell you before your details go anywhere else.
- When the law requires it, or to protect our rights, the Site or other people.
Cookies and your choices
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The Site still works without them.
- You can stop Google Analytics from collecting your visits with Google's opt-out add-on.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you have sent us. Email us and we will reply within 30 days.
How long we keep it
- Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months, then deleted by Google.
- Emails and form submissions are kept for as long as they are useful for the conversation or any work we do together, then deleted. Ask us and we will delete yours sooner.
Security
We use reputable providers and limit access to your information to the people who need it to reply to you. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee that information sent over the internet stays safe.
Children
The Site is meant for adults. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
The Site links to other websites, including Masrur's other businesses and LinkedIn. Their privacy practices are their own, so please read their policies.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date above.
